University; author of “Justice, Deviance, and the Dark Ghetto,” Philosophy & Public Affairs (2007).

– Why Punish? How Much?
– Should the Death Penalty be Implemented or Abolished?
– Any other topic.

– There will be a limit of 15 papers. No parallel session. Each paper allotted an hour for
presentation & discussion.
– Please submit abstract (250-500 words) by March 15, 2013.
– Decision will be made as soon as (days after) an abstract is received, or by April 1, 2013.
– Submissions will be considered after April 1 if there are still vacancies.
– Papers due on June 1, 2013.
