Michael Lynch (UConn) has written an Amicus brief on behalf of the ACLU in their case against the NSA in federal court, which was filed last week. The Amicus brief is based on his “Stone” piece in the NY Times. Michael presents a moral–as opposed to strictly legal–case against the NSA’s meta-data collection operation.
